Course Description

This session introduces students to the new look and feel of Windows 11. Whether you are upgrading from an older version of Windows or just want to feel more confident navigating your computer, this session provides a practical, hands-on tour of the Windows 11 interface. 

Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, students will be able to:

• Identify and use the key parts of the Windows 11 desktop, including the Start Menu, Taskbar, and Desktop
• Open, close, move, resize, and switch between windows and programs
• Navigate File Explorer to find folders such as Documents, Pictures, and Downloads
• Create, rename, copy, move, and delete files and folders
• Pin frequently used apps to the Taskbar or Start Menu for faster access
• Shut down, restart, or put the computer to sleep correctly

NOTE: This class requires registration and a $5 fee. We request that you stop by the club and register / pay for the class ahead of time to ensure your spot - it takes just a couple of minutes!
